Once your order has been completed and payment received, the order is final. We are unable to make changes once order is finalised.

Please purchase responsibly before finalising order as we do not refund for “change of mind”. All purchases are final and non-returnable or refundable. If you have any issue with your products once received, please contact us directly and your case will be determined on an individual basis.

Crystals and natural products have individual imperfections and unique characteristics. Items will differ slightly from the display picture.

Flat rate shipping of $12 for all Australian orders apply.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following business day.

All orders are currently dispatched via Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to Australia Post. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been posted.

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section of the website.

All items are carefully packaged in protective materials. We are not liable for any damages caused by shipping.
